Eldest daughter of Alexander Ramsay of Mar (1919-2000) and Flora Fraser, 21st Lady Saltoun in her own right (1930).

Married: Calcutta, India 3. May 1980 Mark Malise Nicolson (b. 29. Sep 1954), son of Malise Nicolson and Vivien Ridley.
