Octavian Charles Hugo Hofmann von Hofmannsthal

Named for Octavian, the main character of Hugo von Hofmannthal's libretto "Der Rosenkavalier" and for both his grandfathers.

Son of Raimund Hofmann von Hofmannsthal (1906-1974), son of the poet Hugo Hofmann von Hofmannsthal (1874-1929), and his second wife Lady Elizabeth Paget (1916-1980), daughter of Charles Paget, 6th Marquess of Anglesey (1885-1947)

Born: 13. Feb 1946

Married: 1977 Elizabeth Mary Annabel Lee, daughter of commander T. S. Lee and Elizabeth Heyman.
