Umberto II of Italy
Born Umberto Nicola Tommaso Giovanni Maria, Crown Prince of Italy, Principe di Piemonte. Named for his grandfathers King Umberto I of Italy and Nikola I of Montenegro. Became King of Italy from his father’s abdication in May 1946 until he left the country in June 1946.
Son of Vittorio Emanuele III King of Italy (1869-1947) and Elena Princess of Montenegro (1873-1952)
