Married: Berlin 2. Jul 1733 Philippine Charlotte, Princess of Prussia (1716-1801). Karl’s sister Elisabeth Charlotte was married to King Friedrich II. of Prussia, his sister Luise to Prince August Wilhelm of Prussia, both brothers of Princess Philippine Charlotte.
