Illegitimate son of Prince William, Duke of Gloucester, the future King William IV. of the United Kingdom (1765-1837) and the actress Dorothea Bland, called Mrs. Jordan (1761-1815)

Married: St. George, Hanover Square, Middlesex 16. Oct 1819 Mary Fox (c. 1792-1842), illegitimate daughter of George O’Brian Wyndham, 3rd Earl of Egremont (1751-1837) and Elizabeth Fox, called Crole (1770/71-1840).

Issue:

Died: at his residence, Upper Belgrave Street, London 20. Mar 1842, committed suicide by a gunshot wound

Buried: Nave at St. Mary, Hampton
