Augusta FitzClarence

Born Augusta FitzClarence, called "Ta" by her family. She was granted the rank of a marquess’ daughter in 1831 after her father ascended to the throne

Illegitimate daughter of Prince William, Duke of Gloucester, the future King William IV. of the United Kingdom (1765-1837) and the actress Dorothea Bland, called Mrs. Jordan (1761-1815)

1. Hampton, Middlesex 5. Jul 1827 John Kennedy-Erskine (1802-1831), son of Archibald Kennedy, cr. 1th Marquess of Ailsa in 1831 (1770-1846) and Margaret Erskine of Dun (d. 1848)
2. Windsor Castle 24. Aug 1836 Lord John Gordon, later Halyburton (1799-1878), son of George Gordon, 9th Marquess of Huntley (1761-1853) and Catherine Cope (d. 1832)

• William Kennedy-Erskine (1828-1870) m. 1862 Catherine Jones (d.1914)
• Wilhelmina Kennedy-Erskine (1830-1906) m. 1855 William FitzClarence, 2nd Earl of Munster (1824-1901), her cousin
• Augusta Kennedy-Erskine (1831-1895) m. 1855 James Hay Erskine-Wemiyss (1829-1864)

Died: Hallyburton House, Coupar Angus, co. Forfar 8. Dec 1865
