Daughter of Friedrich Karl Erbgraf zu Stolberg-Stolberg (1769-1805) and his first wife Marianne Gräfin von der Mark (1780-1814), herself an illegitimate daugher of Friedrich Wilhelm II King of Prussia (1744-1797)

Married: Charlottenburg 22. May 1819 Joseph Graf zu Stolberg-Stolberg (1771-1839), her uncle
