Lorenz of Austria

Born Lorenz Otto Carl Amadeus Thadeus Maria Pius Andreas Marcus d’Aviano, Archduke of Austria.

The title Prince of Belgium was granted to him in 1995 by his father-in-law, the King of the Belgians. He also inherited the title Archduke of Austria-Este upon the death of his father in 1996.

Son of Robert, Archduke of Austria-Este (1915-1996) and Margherita, Princess of Savoy-Aosta (1930).

Married: Brussels 22. Sep 1984 Astrid, Princess of Belgium (1962), daughter of Albert II King of the Belgians (1934) and Donna Paola Ruffo di Calabria (1937).
